My take on the overall NASDAQ is encouraging. After a 3 year downtrend in the Advance Decline line its looks like we've arrested this long move by actually breaking a short term downtrend with a move to the upside. I follow things like the McClelland Oscillator and summation index to tell me when its safe to take a long position in a stock. My concern with RSAS is short term only. The stock however, must be a daytraders delight since it seems to always have its high of the day in the first 30 minutes of trading and its low of the day near the close. Your perception about the oil companies and Greenspeak, is in indeed, interesting.
