OK XVNinvestors let's write the company's history.

I'm sure that we all have an XVN fondest memory - one that dates back even as long ago as 1995 perhaps.

Here's mine, it is a little more recent:

Sometime between May 99 and Aug 19,99, the company went from 38,280,000 shares outstanding to 45,832,686 shares outstanding, a reasonably significant material change, I would say, but no disclosure of the details. Could this dilution have been the one that gave the insiders the majority ownership that they now use to do whatever the hell they want? I suspect so, as our proxies were still being solicited not long prior to that.

Go ahead fellow posters, what was your favorite memory. It's time to build the list.

The ones describing the violation of provincial statutes are juicy. Here are some more, ones we are all familiar with.:

No AGM since June 98.
No disclosure of finances since 98

But by all means, posters, don't just limit yourselves to civil statutes, they're only a 5000.00 fine at best. Right, SCSI officers and directors?

Keep them coming, everyone.

Regards.
