ehopper, You lost me... how does the apparent fact that it cost 63% more per user for a GSM system mod. to add capacity over a CDMAone system mod. reflect on the phone carrying capacity of mobile Turks? My question was why is the apparent cost per user of the GSM system so much higher, when we've had all of the GSM proponents telling us it's just the opposite? I wasn't proposing that the Turkish system should convert to CDMA (yet)... just wondering why they had to pay more. As for your crack on American thinking, I guess the fact that you misunderstood the question would then be typical of European thinking? Would it help you out if I typed slower? DWB
