There aren't any other theories with facts to back them up. Creationism- no facts. Can't teach that. It's a belief- that's why we call religion "faith" because that's what you take it on. At least evolution has been demonstrated. It should be taught as what it is - science. Children gradually learn that one of the most important things about science is that it CHANGES and if it is wrong it discards what is proven false and moves on- to another theory. Most religions are bounded by a sacred text- and they can't admit to mistakes. Too bad. Limiting. Not all religions- the Tibetan Buddhists aren't like that. Bully for the Buddhists.
