This morning, Merrill Lynch is raising estimates, increasing FY01 from $0.79 to $0.86; calls AMCC one of the best positioned suppliers of high speed silicon to Nortel; firm reiterates BUY rating and $160 price target... AMCC shares trading 1 pt higher in pre-market.
