Sounds nasty--must keep you on edge a lot of the time. Don't they have leash laws where you live? I wouldn't want to rely on hitting a charging dog in the eyes with pepper spray, especially when my hands are full of packages. Can't the PO send notices to people with dogs to keep them leashed during delivery hours? Or is it too late after the fact?
