WUWT, The company spent 12 million dollars over the past 12 months to transition to the new model: recruiting new management team, building out infrastructure, forming alliances... While they will continue to invest in whatever is necessary for the execution phase, a great majority of the required capital spending has been put to use. There should be much less effect on their GSA going forward.
