Mag, it's possible the "corrupted" files don't matter. Yesterday I did a file check and it said the file user.exe
was corrupted. The restore CD has no such file. Also, user.exe exists in another folder as well. I think maybe user.exe doesn't belong in C:\Windows\system and may experiment with removing it. The other location it shows up is C:\Windows\helpdesk\SFC

My computer runs OK.
