Cameron, I pitched the supplement in the trash can. If you look on the page where all the salaries are listed, (maybe page 10?) you will see that two officers each received a 100000 bonus. I believe one may have been the CFO and they seemed to be performance bonuses. The supplement I'm referring to is not the 10K, but the one that came along with the voting card. It's very thin and only about 15 pages in length. I'm sorry I pitched it, but it wasn't worth keeping, just like the stock. Marty
