The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, a group of appointees who no one has ever voted for, has more power over how much we all spend for our cars, gasoline, mortgages, food, etc. than any elected representative or senator. It's outrageous that this little group wields so much power over the economy. What's amazing is they appear to answer to no one.
