The Company is very acquisition oriented and plans to focus its
expansion efforts through acquisitions. Creative Host currently
operates 43 concessions at 21 Airports, in which it runs over
70 businesses. These concessions are focused in the area of food,
beverage and cocktail services. CHST offers specialty niche
concepts,
such as Cafe and Spirits (a cafe/bar With a small library) and
Creative Croissants Bakery Delis. It also operates news and gift
shops, and provides in-flight catering services to some of the
Nations largest air-carriers including American Airlines, Delta
Airlines and United Airlines. Its San Diego food preparation center
sells baked goods to local food outlets and restaurants.

The Company co-brands with major U.S. food vending services including
Taco Bell, Carl's Jr., Little Caesars Palace, TCBY Yogurt, Nathan's
Famous Hotdogs, Mrs. Fields Cookies and Pretzelmaker. in addition to
focusing on the acquisition of airport concession companies The
company
is considering the acquisition of institutional food companies. This
would include food facilities at colleges and universities and onsite
facilities at major corporations, adding a new captive audience angle
for consolidation by Creative Host.

It is also actively seeking the acquisition of operators of airport
news/gift specialty companies.

The company was recently awarded 3 additional concessions at the
Charleston International Airport including two new food, beverage,
and cocktails locations, one in each of the airport's two concourses,
and a food court in the main terminal. And annual revenues of
approximately $2,000,000 are expected for these new concessions.

acquisition of existing locations and private operators, where it can

sales growth from future acquisitions. Over the next 3 years CHST
has at least $900.000 in principal payments of equipment leases that

Financial

The Company's gross revenues for the fiscal year ended December 31,
1999 were $18,176,951 compared to $14,720,350, for the fiscal year
ended December 31, 1998. Revenues from concession activities
increased $3,931,842 ($17,917,858 compared to $13,986,016) and food
preparation center sales decreased $488,117 ($188,683 compared to
676,800) while franchise royalties increased $12,876 ($70,410
compared
to $57,534). Substantially all of the increase in concession
activities
is attributable to full year operations for the concession locations
opened during fiscal 1998 and partial year operations for an
additional
three concession locations which opened during fiscal 1999.

CHST is currently the only player in the airport concession industry
actively pursuing the purchase of independent operators of airport
concessions. Our newsletter believes that the company can make
purchases of these other concession companies across the US at very
active levels and very low multiples.

Today's news proves that CHST is expanding its business. CHST still
is in a strong phase of growth and more good news is expected in the
future.

SAN DIEGO, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Host Services, Inc.
(Nasdaq: CHST - news) today announced that it has signed a letter of
intent to acquire Macheezmo Mouse Restaurants, Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: MMRI - news) a publicly traded Company. Macheezmo Mouse
Restaurants, Inc. have operated in the Portland marketplace for
approximately 20 years. The Portland, Oregon based food service
company operates quick service restaurants featuring fresh, healthy
Mexican-style food. Although specific terms were not disclosed,
Creative Host plans to acquire Macheezmo Mouse Restaurants, Inc. in a
stock for stock transaction pending customary due-diligence and
approvals by both Companies, including shareholder approval from
Macheezmo's shareholders. Macheezmo Mouse reported sales of
approximately $4 million for its fiscal year ended June 30, 1999.

Macheezmo Mouse currently operates three food service locations at
the Portland International Airport, of which one is located in the
main concourse, and two are located in two of the airport's three
terminals. Creative Host Services operates a Creative Croissant fresh
bakery and deli in the airport's main terminal. The Companies
combined operations at the airport are expected to create certain
consolidation and amortization efficiencies. Creative Host expects to
keep Macheezmo's management team in place, including current
President and CEO, Mike Swartz. Creative Host will also assume
operation of several additional Macheezmo Mouse restaurants that are
located in the Portland metropolitan area.

Sayed Ali, President and Chairman of Creative Host Services, Inc.
commented, ``Macheezmo Mouse is a well run Company that fits in
nicely with our Company. We are excited to move forward quickly on
this transaction.'' He added, ``The combined operations at the
Portland International Airport should create economies and
