A couple old geezers in beer-stained t-shirts got drunk for weeks and started spewing foul language and insults until finally P&J, who admittedly were once the unfortunate inspiration for this thread (which has turned out to be a hilarious one that when I occasionally lurq has me ROFLMAO), decamped to start a moderated thread. The old thread was then like a deserted bar with spilled beer on the sawdust and crumpled cans and not much to talk about in the wee hours since there was nobody left to criticize & insult, and only those few fellas left. So it died. However, the WSJ saw fit to mention it in passing yesterday, which tekboy noted with some very funny tekboy@url.com, and now the geezers themselves, proud to the last, half officially pronounced the old thread dead. A rose by any other name could not smell as sweet!
