CMRC... I just read this rumor "report" in another message, FWIW. I'm not sure how accurate this may be: "the rumor reported by briefing.com that SAP is looking to invst 300 mln in CMRC, my opinion (been ff SAP long time, but don't own now, or CMRC) is that it's likely since SAP is due to split 3:1 and has indic they want to "acquire" some (more) B2B capability."
