If there was a hint that such a deal was in the works, wouldn't we'd be seeing at least a bit of relative strength in the stock price today? I don't think we should get our hopes up, frankly. The NOK thing is and has been speculated about to the point of obsession- unless someone has some real info to post, let's let it go. Mysterious statements about deals to be signed are just more hype.
