No, you can't change his personality much, but you can temper his chi or chai or kai or adrenalin-testosterone. You get about a 50-60% improvement; sometimes more. If he continues to hang around, I'll probably shoot him with the pellet gun, just to explain the fees to him. The other reason to neuter is that he won't impregnate. Girl kitties getting gang-raped is annoying to watch. The only other option is to kill him, that I can see.
