Is Leverance for real?

Leverance claims to offer a unique CONVERSATIONAL comprehension technology for desktop PCs.

Through the use of its "patented" PowerTrieve application, Leverance claims that online users will soon be able to access their databases, Enterprise Resource Systems and more through true voice interaction.

Leverance says "PowerTrieve.com" is a natural language engine for report writing and queries against a variety of databases.

"PowerTrieve.com" "runs" on a hosted farm of Web servers. The user runs a local thin client application to input the natural language query, and the back-end server processes it. In the context of the user's data, the server returns a structured query directly to the user's database, and the results are then formatted and displayed.

Leverance seems to believe it has a unique application with unlimited use.

Leverance claims to be a Pre-IPO company. I can't find their patent; and their web sites are underconstruction. they are suppose to be located in Redmond, WA, but I have not had any luck finding their address in the GTE yellow pages.

If Leverance is for real, maybe VIAD should look into it. It wouldn't be the first time a pre-IPO company was acquired prior to going public. It has happened at least twice this year with stocks I was hoping to buy after the IPO.
