John, Do you know anything about existing management. I haven't read their 10-k in detail but from what I see the founder is existing presid. and CEO. and making pretty good salary considering how they have been performing. Also seems to own a good share of stock which is a good sign. But it seems like they have a solid product - it appears with right management the co can really turn around. I am surprise as heck the company only owns 4 restaruants compared with 41 franchises. Rather than focusing on expanding numero un restaruants they are buying up sandwich shops????? I would think they would want to capitalize on Numero Uno first. I will dig a little more. But then I shouldn't complain, this is why it's at .11 a share.
