Sice after the blowoff in June 96, PRST has traded consistantly between 42 and 75 (with a spike to about 93 or so last fall ). At that time, the 1996 EPS was 0.40 . This means a P/E of between 105 and 187. Based on your assumption of EPS of 1.08 for 1997 , which I agree with, and if you assume the same P/E range , which appears to be a reasonable assumption, you get a future price range of between 113 and 202. We will not see these prices untill early 98, after the 97 earnings has been declared. We may get occasional spikes outside this range following certain news ( we may briefly see 250) . But I think this will be the sustainable price range for 1998.
