Guree : A few days ago you drew my attention to GoldFields. What has happened is this:

"Big news of the day was the merger between Gold Fields and Canadian Franco-Nevada Mining to form Gold Fields International. The merged company will have a primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and will apply for secondary listings on the Johannesburg, New York, Paris and Swiss stock exchanges and will have a market cap of around $3.7 billion."
