I am an accountant and I think LDP has one of the best, if not the best, business models out there. Management is very sharp and their investments are exceptional. That said, fwiw, I've broken every rule I've ever followed and LDP now represents slightly over 30% of my portfolio. I also think it's been manipulated and sent an inquiry to the NYSE today. There's something very bizarre when our NAV can increase 50 million bucks today and we close flat and trade at a major discount to our honest valuation. I watched a 130k share buy today, when our total volume was only 50k up to that point and there is no doubt that the specialist walked the price down to facilitate that buy at 11 11/16's. When one buy represents almost 1/2 of our total volume for the day, we should be up. Jeff
