Dear Phillip,

Any stock exchange approached by Petra and Oryx for a listing would be well advised to investigate the family history of Petra's management.

One South African company they should have a look at is Modder B Gold Holdings, insolvent a few years ago. And then there are the misleading Petra statements made after it had listed on London's AIM market.
