No one from Nokia has demanded a retraction, not even some pretty high-ups who were quoted about the battery-eating sauna rocks that Nokia's GPRS prototypes had become.

Concede? To your speculation and fantasies? On an emerging field where there is a huge ongoing war raging? Not likely.

Go read the Markman transcripts for the fortieth time, suck up some good Scotch, and go to sleep. Visions of component shortages, mega-million judgments in favor of IDCC against ERICY, and de facto standards will again dance in your head.
