Walker gave all of us some insight today on his conf call. 1) he reminded us that Freemerchant will start processing ALL their transactions through NWKC (SPNW)- this alone will add significantly to 2qtr profits and margins, and 2)he stealthily mentioned that his "community" of 700,000 admittedly directory companies, (70,000 of which are paying customers)represent an interesting resource for other companies to market to. He is implying that we will see "pay for access" payments in the qtr as well.
SEcond qtr is going to be even stronger than the first. I wouldn't be surprised to see $24 mil. in revenues and a $.30/sh or less loss. He is moving quickly now and as JP Morgan pointed out in their long research report, the first qtr was the highwater mark for losses. As the losses drain away, we are going to start to be able to see the infrastructure of tools that has been put in place. Auctions, barter, wireless ordering, trading platforms (Tradex JV comes up this qtr), credit authorization, fraud protection, (go the the Network Commerce new site to see the list of services).

Dwayne's biggest future problem is going to be to be able to hire all the customer service/client relationship consultants he will need to nurture and grow this garden of sprouting businesses (all over the world) that will each depend on and use the NWKC business infrastructure.
