I am sure India and Pakistan could do with some Globalstar phones on the Indo-Pakistan border. And Bin Laden, the terrorist, has been shown speaking on his satellite phone in many news stories. Have you noticed how militants in all parts of the world manage to get world-class military equipment (thanks to arms smugglers)? Obviously, many will buy Globalstar phones under "phoney" names.
