PlayStar Announces Counter Suit

ST JOHN'S ANTIGUA, Jun 09, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- PlayStar
announced in March that it had received a Law Suit from Cyberstation Limited,
Joseph Alves and Alicia Da Conceicao. PlayStar now wishes to advise that a
Counter Suit has been filed against Cyberstation Limited, Noble House, Joseph
Alves and Alicia Da Conceicao for $50,000,000.00. The Counter suit claims breach
of contract, by the above mentioned parties. The company regrets having to take
this form of action, but is left with no other means of recovering their losses
in this matter.

On another matter, PlayStar Casino Limited having almost completed the necessary
upgrades and modifications to the casino software and hardware, wishes to advise
all it's players that full operations should be online within the next week.
