While I Have Not Seen the Body or a Certified Autopsy Report It is my understanding that he is dead at well. The conventional wisdom is he died when the Lear jet he had chartered crashed. The last time I checked the cause of the crash was believed to be a failure in the system which maintains cabin pressure (O2). When the plane deviated from its flight plan they scrambled an F-16 to take a look. The F-16 pilot reported that the plane appeared to be flying on autopilot, no pilots at the controls, and the windows fogged over. The plan crashed when it ran out of fuel. The crash is still under investigation by the NTSB. Updates are posted at ntsb.gov
