true...'core' was higher than expected. since that is negative, it is ignored. get with the program, think positive, take out a 125% mortgage and buy the one riskless asset that only goes up... perhaps you can persuade your local gas station to lower prices to conform with the BLS stats? if they don't want to do it, threaten them with an investigation.
