It is bearish for VLNC. Absolutely there is a relationship with NOK for ULBI. It also shows the significance of sales and marketing muscle. You can try to spin this any way you want but it comes out hollow. Compaq, Nokia, and SONY products are providing market share to companies with whom VLNC would hope to compete.
