Linmor Signs Deal... News Out.

LINMOR INC ("LIR-V;LNMRF-L") - Hyperchip Selects LINMOR Technologies for
Performance Management

Hyperchip(TM) (www.Hyperchip.com), the Petabit Routing Company(TM), announced a
partnership with LINMOR Technologies, the leading developer of real-time performance
management solutions, to develop performance management solutions for Hyperchip's highly
scalable routers.

"LINMOR is a key technology partner for the integration of the Hyperchip Petabit Router in large
carrier networks," said Richard Norman, Hyperchip President & CTO.

Hyperchip provides carrier-class routers scalable from terabits to petabits per second of aggregate
port bandwidth. These extreme-performance network systems are based on Hyperchip's massively
parallel semiconductor technology, producing routers that scale to 65,536 high-speed ports
allowing routing technology to unleash the bandwidth potential of optical fiber. In addition to full
routing systems for the WAN, Hyperchip is providing this scalability to leading innovators in local,
server and storage area networks through scalability partnerships.

"We are pleased to be working with Hyperchip to support their Petabit Router," said Paul
Newcombe, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for LINMOR Technologies. "LINMOR
continues to execute its strategy of supporting leading Internet network device manufacturers as
they deploy their next-generation network devices in production networks. Hyperchip's Petabit
Router requires highly scalable management solutions and NEBULA Performance Monitor is
ideally suited to address these requirements."

LINMOR's NEBULA(TM) Performance Monitor (PM) provides essential capabilities to manage
Internet core and access networks such as IP, ATM, Frame Relay, DSL, Cable Modem and
Wireless Internet. Through both real-time and historical reporting, NEBULA PM provides key
performance information to network administrators on how devices in their network are performing,
such as routers and switches, enabling them to manage their networks in a proactive and predictive
manner.
