The fact that someone started a thread about a company and posted on that thread would not appear to this particular half ass attorney to be an endorsement or validation of the company. Such does not rise to anything of merit in a court of law, but if you want to make a federal case over it, call the SEC. I am sure they could use a good laugh. This particular half ass attorney thinks you've got a beef with ahhaha over ATHM, and you're attacking Frank because we're defending him. So it's probably in Frank's best interests if we simply quit taking you seriously enough to respond to you. You remind me of that TV commercial about the guy who thinks he's getting a hot stock tip in a chat room when it's just a fat chick sitting on a keyboard and bouncing up and down.
