brent, STAA is reorganizing: siliconinvestor.com Apparently, Mr. Wolf was not considered the best man for the job of completing the transition to a commercial company. If Mr. Wolf disagreed, then removal, not resignation, was the only option for the BOD. Huddleston and Pollett both joined in '90. Don't know if that means anything, or if it signifies any personal dimension to the management changes. Judging from the Street's non-reaction, it is taking a wait and see approach WRT to STAA's success at reorganizing. Cheers, Tuck
