I think that the numerous class action suits are taking a toll on the share price of VARL. I guess that's obvious.

Do you realize that if the class action suit(s) are successful, they merely take cash from the company and give it to past and current shareholders? So what really is happening?

Oh yeah, the attorneys get a bloody fortune, whether they're representing VARL (per diem legal fees) or the class action shareholders.
