Yes, it's all BS, but it's also a sign of the company not taking care of business as they should have. A couple of untimely resignations also make it look like people are being let go due to improper actions. Add that to a management that seems to be over paying itself and you have a difficult situation.

It might be nice if they would use some sort of public address to let the market know something about the status of business.
