Precisely. Did you see the Q's price rise to take into account the $125m credit the FCC granted it? The credit is fully assignable, so the Q's price shouold have risen in anticipation of a sale of the credit for nearly 100% of its value. I don't rtecall that it did. Today is a little different. Ain't life strange?
