The filing did generate some sells. What disturbs me is when I talked to Charles Sobel, he referred to the insider (who has no shares, therefore no focus?) as his "partner". Still a good long, imo. btw, added some JPEI today . They had $37 mil in first quarter... do it for 3 more qtrs and this lil company does $148mil/per in sales. Not shabby for a .50 stock.
