Thanks KLP.

I have done so in the past, and though I felt better for a while, it did not positively reverse the downward trajectory of the stock price. Its not like the company IR will say anything but positives. I called in February, being quite concerned then as well.. I was told that during the annual meeting there would be a lot of good things said and a nice clarification in strategy. Unfortunately I could not attend, but it is my understanding that along with an appreciation award presented along with a lot of softball questions from attendees, a lot of people went away with a warm heartened feeling inside just like the time I called.

My contention is that propaganda has to be backed up with industrial strength action, especially in a company operating in internet time. Otherwise it becomes an issue of credibility. The company can keep doing "good" things, but if they dont keep up with the competition with great things becoming a dynamic leader instead of just good or mediocre things perceived, the market can remain indifferent for a very long time if it is not seen as being enough or living up to the potential espoused.
