The fact is that you do not run the company. While perhaps management reads these boards and takes such outside suggestions to heart, very likely they do not.

So, if you really do not approve of the way the company is managed, you owe it to yourself to sell your position in it.

While such losses are hard to swallow, a loss carry-forward does have a silver lining to it going forward. (Offering no tax advice here, just making a comment about my own situation.)
