Fairly new to this company. It looks interesting, but I have two concerns. One is the company's thin margins and the possibility that they may be vulnerable to weak memory prices in the 1Q. That may make for a relatively weak quarterly report.

The other concern is the insider selling. The stock has not returned to its December high and yet insiders have been selling at a substantial discount from that high. Since insiders don't own an enormous amount of the company stock, the recent selling raises caution flags in such a small company.

I'd appreciate more information from those closer to the company and its business.
