Welcome home.

I have followed CELL for some time as a potential value play, but insider selling spooked me. It continues to do so. Way too early to make a big bet on a turnaround here. Plans will be announced soon. Risky to bet ahead of them, IMO. If they look good, it might be worth jumping on for a point's worth of mo or so. But a nibble of a few hundred shares might be suitable to assuage a gambling mood.
