--Perhaps Jeff's leadership as it relates to these core values is what sets the foundation for such trust within Amazon which allows them to focus 10,000% on "the customer." --- come on man, amazon is an electronic sweatshop... all of this 'community' garbage might sound good but if a company can't turn a profit it can't exist without a subsidy can it? i'm all for an open and free world but if it's going to be modelled upon the internal mechanisms of amazon.com, 'fts.' please choose your examples a little more carefully -g- andy
