I think I do know. As you seem to be aware, I am an atheist. I was raised atheist, in the south, among Christians who behaved brutally to my sister and me and even more brutally to the one Jewish child (called by them "Joey the Jew" on the few occasions he ventured outdoors in an attempt to join the Christians at play. I've talked about Joey on SI before.)
So I am certain that is one reason I am particularly sensitive to Christian anti-Semitism. And other pretensions to superiority. I witnessed the former and have myself been a victim of the latter.
You overlooked another, more generic remark on this subject, though. I wrote:
