It figures Walter, you would post a report like this. It stinks.
Read the wire that Dow Jones news reported about the law suit, and then read Bloomberg.
What a difference in reporting the news, and trying to defame a company.
It is people like you and the likes of Bloomberg that are a discrace to the investment markets.
I can expect people like you Walter you don't know better, the truth doesn't matter, you are always spouting off not knowing what you are saying.
But Bloomberg their reputation is at stake, why would they go to such extent as to list the names of the law firms and how to be part of the class action?
What do they have to gain by this kind of reporting?
A sceam has not been proven. Read all the past reports by Bloomberg (thats if you can read the truth walter) ask why are they going to such lengths trying to find falt with a little mining exploration co?
Consider this stock has been accused by Bloomberg that
1 Dr. Agers is a fraud, has off shore accounts
2 The man in charge of the assay office is a thief, and convicted.
3 Suspended of trading for 3 weeks.
4 A class action suit is pending because of a sceam.
And the stock, in light of the above is trading above 9 why?
Maybe it is for real !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Delgratia has answered all requests for information, and as far as NASDQ they asked Delgratia to clearify some facts of the reports,
they were not asked to retract anything.
The truth will come when Dr. Beatie and Munfort reports become public so untill then we will have to continue to read garbage like this one published by Bloomberg and continue to question their motives.

This is a buying opportunity, be patience and have faith, Dr. Agers is not out to rip off the public, he believes in what he is doing.
His reputation is more important to him than the money, not like Bloomberg and you walter.

that prove Delgratia to be the class act that they are. If you bothered to gather the facts you would know that the principals at Delgratia are not a scam. I am waiting for and not for the benefit of trying to drive the stock down
