Oh, my.... This is much worse than anyone can imagine: Lockhart at today's briefing - Q Joe, back on the Department of Energy. Republicans said the finger of blame should point squarely at Energy Secretary Richardson. Does the President believe that's a fair characterization or -- MR. LOCKHART: No. I think that those who want to point the finger of blame should TAKE A DEEP BREATH[!!!!!!!]. We should find out the facts here. As I said yesterday, there are some very troubling questions here. But we need to find out whether this is an isolated incident, or we need to find out if it's more broad and we need to take a more comprehensive approach to this.
