Laff of the day: One of the companies nailed by the SEC had been scheduled to IPO in March, then got pulled when the market tanked. The underwriter, Josephthal & Co. is "shocked, shocked" that financial shenanigans have been uncovered. :-) cbs.marketwatch.com
