With gold closing at almost the days high, the action of the xau indicates the skepticism that investors have towards the senior producers. By and large the action of the xau is shouting, we either do not trust the move in gold, or the ability of the producers to maximize the price rise to their benefit, or both. Rarely, do you see such a resounding indictment of a sector and the management of the companies that comprise a group. Ken
