As i was typing in a lengthy response to your query, my modem was hit by lightning and is out of commision pending repair by the cable company subcontractor. ORCT is not a value play but a restructuring and relative value play. I believe price has been unfairly reduced because of shipment delay. I could be completely wrong here of course.
