Woops! Thanks for the clarification. If I visited the Bay Area more I would have known about WR Hambrecht. I am looking at a Schwab company report that shows the H&Q downgrade last July, but does not show any subsequent comment from H&Q. I guess this Schwab company report is very incomplete for upgrades and downgrades. Schwab usually provides CSFB and Chase H&Q reports for free when they make one but they do not list any recent Chase H&Q reports on WIND for some reason.
