Ann, Periodically in the business cycle, certain industries become fairly or even overvalued. This is probably the case now for Coco-Cola. I do not like to run in an out of the market for a couple of reasons. When I buy a company I feel that I am part owner of the corporation and that it is part of my bread and butter. I do not like giving commissions to brokers who are eager to make them without regard to the best interest of their clients. I do not like to have to share my gains with the IRS who does nothing but feed off of innocent down trodden taxpayers. When I sell any stock it is usually something which is at a loss and I can use it to offset gains. As a rule I seldom trade. It is an individual issue to decide if you think it is time to sell a stock or keep it.

I presently own pieces of industries in almost 25 categories and I will most likely still own these same companies 20 or 30 years from now if I am still around.

Best Wishes

Frank
