I pretty much agree. The Rock SUUUUCKED. Armageddon - gag me. That and Independence Day. How many space effects can we simulate with gasoline fires???

I'm not saying I hated Gone in 60! If you're in the mood for formulaic ... it'll scratch the itch.

Another movie that rates very high when you're in that mood is "Cobra". No cliche left unturned.
