CDNW's burn rate is too high. I don't think there will be any takeover (over or below the current market price). IMHO, we will see it do a floorless convertible or sell stock at a steep discount via a private placement. The amazing thing about CDNW is that the management has provided guidance for a sequential decline in revenues. CDNW is a short-to-zero position for me. Regards, Rajiv
